On Wednesday, December 1, 2021, Lieff Cabraser partner Elizabeth J. Cabraser will participate in a panel discussion on cross-border class actions at the Ontario Bar Association’s 13th Annual Class Actions Colloquium. Panelists will review the litigation of two key product liability cases – VW and metal-on-metal hips – in four jurisdictions. Leading counsel from both sides of the bar in Canada, the US, the U.K., and Australia will share how the cases were pursued.
This year’s Annual Class Actions Colloquium takes place virtually, once again bringing together leaders of the bench and bar online to provide an in depth look at the most recent developments in class action law.
