We are pleased to announce that Lieff Cabraser partner Kelly McNabb has been named to the Steering Committee of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 for a three-year term commencing in January 2022. Kelly is one of six attorneys who were appointed because of their capacity for dialogue and working to reach consensus, subject-matter expertise, significant contributions to brainstorming groups and drafting team efforts, and a demonstrated commitment to the mission of The Sedona Conference.

The Sedona Conference Working Group Series, launched in 2002, represents the evolution of The Sedona Conference from a forum for advanced dialogue to an open think-tank confronting some of the most challenging issues facing our legal system today. The first Working Group (WG1) was established with the dedication to the development of guidelines for electronic document retention and production. The mission of Working Group 1 is to develop principles, guidance and best practice recommendations for information governance and electronic discovery in the context of litigation, dispute resolution and investigations.

Congratulations to Kelly on this outstanding accomplishment!
