On July 26, 2022, Lieff Cabraser partner Phong-Chau G. Nguyen will speak on a Zoom panel hosted by The Practice Program of the Northern District of California entitled “Civil Law Brown Bag — Case Management: Best Practices Whether Remote or In-Person.”
The program will provide an opportunity for attorneys to hear from two Northern District Judges, a private practitioner, and in-house counsel. Topics will include general case management including preparing the Joint Case Management Statement, how virtual hearings have impacted litigation, and what the courts and parties will be doing to move civil litigation forward as we look to the future. New attorneys and summer associates are especially encouraged to attend!
