Rachel will speak on the panel “Class Actions Challenging Employment Discrimination,” exploring employment class actions and federal jurisprudence in the wake of Walmart v. Dukes and other developments, alongside Maia Goodell from Vladeck, Raskin & Clark, P.C., Tiffani Burgess from the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, and Renay Oliver from the EEOC.
