Drawing on their extensive experience in overseeing and attending numerous conferences, the panelists will offer guidance on preparation techniques, such as drafting and exchanging mediation briefs and managing client expectations. They will also discuss strategy during the conferences, and how—in successful cases—to draft term sheets.
