Lieff Cabraser partners Kelly Dermody­­­­ and Rachel Geman ­spoke at the American Bar Association’s 18th Annual Section of Labor and Employment Law Conference, held this week in New York City. Kelly participated in the panel “Developments in Pay Equity and Gender Discrimination Litigation,” while Rachel, who also served as a Track Co-Chair for the conference, co-led a discussion entitled “Ethics of Mediation: Fact or Fiction?”

The event featured panels and sessions covering a broad range of labor and employment law topics and provided valuable networking opportunities with professionals from private practice, government, unions, and academia.

Kelly M. DermodyThe Managing Partner of Lieff Cabraser’s San Francisco office, ­­­­Kelly M.
