Lieff Cabraser partners Daniel M. Hutchinson, Jessica A. Moldovan, and Tiseme G. Zegeye will speak at the 2025 American Bar Association (ABA) National Conference on Equal Employment Opportunity Law, taking place from March 25-29, 2025 at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco.
Mr. Hutchinson will facilitate the “Government Agency Update” panel featuring senior officials from the EEOC, DOL, OFCCP, and DOJ discussing recent litigation, court decisions, strategic initiatives, and agency guidance, followed by a structured Q&A session.
Ms. Moldovan will facilitate the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Luncheon panel, “DEI in the New Administration: Implications of Executive Orders on Employers and Employees,” exploring the impact of President Trump’s executive orders on DEI programs, federal and private sector employers, and anticipated EEOC enforcement priorities, along with legal challenges and the future of workplace DEI initiatives.
In addition to serving as a Co-Chair for the event, Ms. Zegeye will host the Employee/Plaintiff Counsel Constituency Breakfast and speak during the Welcome from Committee Co-Chairs.

About Tiseme G. Zegeye
A partner in Lieff Cabraser’s San Francisco office, Tiseme G. Zegeye specializes in individual and class actions focusing on women’s health issues, and in employment discrimination cases. Prior to joining Lieff Cabraser, Tiseme was a Staff Attorney at the Center for Reproductive Rights in New York, where she litigated to protect women’s reproductive rights. Previously, she was a Legal Fellow at the American Civil Liberties Union Women’s Rights Project in New York, where she worked to fight gender discrimination in employment, education, and housing.
