Harvey will moderate a panel discussion on “Cartwright Act Reform” at the 2025 Golden State Institute (GSI), the premier annual conference of the Antitrust and Consumer Protection Section of the California Lawyers Association. The event will take place on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco.
The Golden State Institute brings together attorneys, academics, economists, judges, government enforcers, and law students for a dynamic, multi-session program exploring the latest developments in antitrust and consumer protection law, litigation trends, and enforcement actions.

About Dean Harvey
A partner in Lieff Cabraser’s San Francisco office, Dean M. Harvey represents individuals and companies in antitrust, business tort, employment, and intellectual property litigation.
