Hosted by the National Consumer Law Center (NCLC) and the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA), the annual event brings together lawyers from across the country for training on the latest developments in consumer law, practical strategies for representing clients, and opportunities to learn from and connect with leaders in the field.
Mark will lead the session “Lightning Round: Revival of Rule 23(b)(1)(B) Limited Fund Class Actions” on Saturday, October 24.
