We are pleased to announce that the Daily Journal (subscription) has named Lieff Cabraser partner Sarah R. London to its inaugural list of “Leading Commercial Litigators in California.” The award recognizes attorneys who have been lead counsel on major litigation that has significantly impacted the state. Sarah is one of only 44 lawyers to make the list.
The Journal’s profile on Sarah highlights her role as Co-Lead Counsel and Liaison Counsel for plaintiffs in the nationwide multidistrict Juul e-cigarette fraud and injury litigation. In December 2022, four major settlements with Juul Labs were announced that will provide desperately needed relief for individuals, local government entities, and Native American tribes harmed by the e-cigarette maker.

London is a determined, skilled, and experienced advocate for the injured, employees, and consumers.
