The National Law Journal (NLJ) has selected Lieff Cabraser for its 2025 “Elite Trial Lawyers” awards in two categories — Consumer Protection and Mass Torts. The awards recognize lawyers and law firms that have “performed exemplary and cutting-edge work on behalf of plaintiffs.”
The NLJ celebrated the winners at its annual award ceremony, held at the JW Marriott Essex House in New York City on July 10. This year’s event highlighted the exceptional contributions made by lawyers in plaintiffs-side legal work across 21 practice areas, and featured the recognition of 18 Rising Stars and 17 Elite Women from the Plaintiffs Bar. Lieff Cabraser partners Elizabeth Cabraser and Phong-Chau Nguyen were among those honored, with Elizabeth being named to the “Elite Women of the Plaintiffs Bar” list, and Phong included in the “Rising Stars of the Plaintiffs Bar” list.
