Lieff Cabraser partner Jessica Moldovan will serve as featured faculty at Practising Law Institute’s Employment Law Institute 2025, taking place October 6–7, in New York City. The Institute will address key legal developments and trends in employment law, including AI in the workplace and best practices to maximize compliance and mitigate risk.
On day two of the event (10/7), Jessica will speak on a panel titled “The Role of Gender in the 2025 Workplace,” alongside Jessica Golden Cortes (Davis+Gilbert LLP) and Marci Frankenthaler (WisdomTree, Inc.).

About Jessica Moldovan
Jessica A. Moldovan is a partner in Lieff Cabraser’s Antitrust, Employment, and Survivor Advocacy practice groups. She has represented female employees challenging systemic gender discrimination at Goldman Sachs, which recently resulted in a $215 million settlement. She also represents classes of workers challenging unlawful “no-poach” agreements between employers, as well as individuals and a class against the Devereux Foundation for systemic abuse and neglect.
