Lieff Cabraser Nashville Managing Partner Mark P. Chalos and firm partner Rachel Geman spoke at the 2026 Consumer Rights Litigation Conference & Class Action Symposium this past weekend in Atlanta.
Hosted by the National Consumer Law Center (NCLC) and the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA), the annual event brings together lawyers from across the country for training on the latest developments in consumer law, practical strategies for representing clients, and opportunities to learn from and connect with leaders in the field. The event also featured plenary addresses by Stacey Abrams, U.S. Senator Reverend Raphael Warnock, and others.
As part of the Consumer Class Action Symposium, Mark led the session “Lightning Round: Revival of Rule 23(b)(1)(B) Limited Fund Class Actions” on Saturday, October 24, while Rachel spoke on the panel “Protecting Consumers Against Harmful AI” on Sunday, October 25.
