Clare Perez is an associate in Lieff Cabraser’s San Francisco office, working primarily on consumer fraud, product defect, and mass tort cases. Prior to joining Lieff Cabraser, Clare was a clerk to the Honorable Magistrate Judge Marcos E. López on the U.S. District Court in the District of Puerto Rico.

Clare graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as the Online Managing Editor of Georgetown’s Journal on Poverty Law and Policy, as a legal extern with the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, and as a student attorney in Georgetown’s Civil Rights Clinic.

Clare currently serves on the Board of San Francisco La Raza Lawyers Association, an organization focusing on issues impacting the Latino community and the Latino legal community in San Francisco.
