Dr. Christoph von Laufenberg

Nikolaus Schröder is an associate in Lieff Cabraser’s Munich office. He litigates complex competition law, consumer protection and mass tort cases.

Nikolaus holds an LL.M. in Law, Science & Technology from Stanford Law School, where he studied U.S. civil procedure, legal technology, and complex litigation as a DAAD scholar.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as a graduate assistant and lecturer at the University of Regensburg under Prof. Dr. Michael Heese, LL.M. (Yale), researching the use of artificial intelligence in rule enforcement, complex litigation, and tort law.
