Honey/PayPal Commission Theft Allegations

Lieff Cabraser serves as co-lead counsel in In re PayPal Honey Browser Extension Litigation, a consolidated class action alleging that Honey (owned by PayPal) is stealing commissions from affiliate marketers. The case, filed on behalf of a nationwide class of affiliate marketers, alleges that Honey surreptitiously replaces the marketers’ affiliate links with Honey’s own affiliate links, diverting commissions for sales to Honey that properly belong to the affiliate marketer.

The litigation is currently ongoing.
