The case, filed on behalf of a nationwide class of affiliate marketers, alleges that Honey surreptitiously replaces the marketers’ affiliate links with Honey’s own affiliate links, diverting commissions for sales to Honey that properly belong to the affiliate marketer.

The litigation is currently ongoing.
