PrizePicks describes itself as “the largest independently owned Daily Fantasy Sports platform in North America.” Fantasy sports operator Underdog describes itself as “the best place to play fantasy sports including Best Ball, Daily Drafts and Pick’em.” Both companies are being investigated over reports of unfair and improper practices, including whether they owe customers their money back for their Pick’em wagers regardless of whether they won or lost.
