At the request of a subscriber, Lieff Cabraser is investigating claims that Verizon Wireless has assessed charges for services on monthly bills that were not ordered. In particular, charges for roadside assistance, purportedly for towing in the case of an emergency or break down, have allegedly been added to cell phone bills without authorization or notice to customers.
