Lieff Cabraser’s cybersecurity and data privacy team is investigating driver complaints that Uber and Lyft are using tracking software that violates data privacy laws with respect to Uber and Lyft drivers, sharing extremely sensitive personal information with Meta and/or Tiktok, that may include full driver names, contact information, and complete driver social security numbers.
