Lieff Cabraser is investigating reports of a serious chemical tank rupture in Longview, Washington at the Nippon Dynawave paper processing plant. The tank purportedly contains a highly toxic mixture of sodium hydroxide, sodium sulfide and disodium carbonate, used in the paper-making process.
