U.S. District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers denied the companies’ motion for summary judgment in the multidistrict litigation on bellwether Breathitt County School District’s claims of negligence and public nuisance against Facebook and Instagram owner Meta Platforms Inc., YouTube owner Google, TikTok owner ByteDance Ltd., and Snapchat owner Snap Inc.
