Lieff Cabraser Nashville Office Managing Partner Mark P. Chalos spoke today at the Mass Torts Made Perfect (MTMP) Spring Conference in Las Vegas as part of the breakout session, “Sex Assault Cases Nationwide: An Update from Coast to Coast.”

The session focused on the rapidly evolving landscape of survivor litigation in the wake of high-profile institutional abuse scandals and addressed legal strategies for pursuing sexual assault claims involving religious entities, youth organizations, educational institutions, medical and psychiatric institutions, and high-profile individuals.

Mark’s presentation also addressed Lieff Cabraser’s ongoing litigation involving AI-generated deepfake child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and Roblox child sexual exploitation matters, both of which raise urgent issues of technology-facilitated abuse and platform accountability.

Lieff Cabraser currently serves in leadership roles in cases against both xAI and Roblox.

Mark presented alongside panelists Kim Dougherty and Karen Barth Menzies of Justice Law Collaborative.
