On Thursday, September 17, Lieff Cabraser partners Mark P. Chalos and Wilson M. Dunlavey will take part in HarrisMartin’s Environmental Litigation Conference: Fire, Water, Earth & Air in West Hollywood, CA.
Mark will speak during a session titled “Water Contamination: The MDLs Reshaping Mass Tort,” discussing AFFF/PFAS, Camp Lejeune, and the Jackson and Flint water crises. Alex Mouton of Eisner Advisory Group will moderate the session. Fellow panelists include Michael A. London of Douglas & London, Diana Gjonaj of Weitz & Luxenberg, Andrew W. Croner of Napoli Shkolnik, Rachel Lanier of The Lanier Law Firm, and Hunter J. Shkolnik of NS PR Law Services.
Wilson will participate in a session titled “New Emerging Environmental Litigation,” covering data center litigation, as well as litigation involving 1,4-dioxane, and other “forever chemicals” and microplastics.
