Lieff Cabraser is investigating reports of child sexual abuse by catholic priests in Evansville, Indiana, including the Catholic Diocese of Evansville’s own public report on “credible allegations against the clergy” dating back to the 1970s. At least a dozen priests have been accused of abuse, some with a single allegation of abuse against them, while others with multiple accusers, one as many as 18.

Recent changes to the statutes of limitation have greatly expanded the rights of childhood victims of sexual abuse to bring lawsuits for justice and restitution, including in Indiana.
