Mark Chalos, Kenny Byrd, and Andrew Kaufman Meet with Tennessee Legislators to Preserve Right to Jury Trials

Lieff Cabraser Nashville lawyers Mark Chalos, Kenny Byrd, and Andrew Kaufman were at the Tennessee legislature Tuesday fighting for the rights of Tennesseans. The lawyers met with legislators from both parties and discussed the attempts by special interests to interfere with Tennesseans’ right to hold wrongdoers accountable through jury trials.
