On February 3rd, Lieff Cabraser partner Mark P. Chalos spoke at the American Association for Justice’s Winter 2018 Convention in Maui, Hawaii. Part of a specialized track entitled “Responding to the Opioid Crisis,” Mark spoke on the legal and practical elements of bringing public nuisance and RICO claims against opioid manufacturers and distributors.
