Lieff Cabraser represents consumers across the U.S. in lawsuits against Volkswagen, Porsche, Audi, and Bentley relating to vehicles that may experience worse fuel economy than promised and advertised. Porsche, Bentley, Audi and VW owners and lessees bought these vehicles believing they would get a certain number of miles per gallon, but in reality they got fewer miles per gallon. On March 2, 2020, Judge Breyer of the Northern District Court granted final approval to the Porsche/Bentley/Audi/VW MPG fuel economy settlement. The deadline to submit a claim for individual compensation under the settlement was May 28, 2020, and the settlement compensation program has now closed.
