The American Bar Association (ABA) has published its 2018 “Survey of Federal Class Action Law,” whose contributors include Lieff Cabraser attorneys Elizabeth Cabraser, Kenneth Byrd, and Fabrice Vincent, as well as senior Lieff Cabraser paralegal Todd Carnam. The book provides a comprehensive, circuit-by-circuit analysis of federal class action law as it relates to emerging issues of the 21st century. Ms. Cabraser is the Executive Editor and Mr. Carnam is a Contributing Editor; Mr. Vincent is Co-Chair of the Class Action and Derivative Suits Committee of the ABA, and Mr. Byrd co-wrote the chapter on the 11th Circuit.
