National plaintiffs’ law firm Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein, LLP, and the Vanderbilt University Law School Plaintiffs’ Advocacy and Litigation Society (PALS) held a panel discussion last week about the power of plaintiffs’ law and complex litigation to hold dominant industry leaders and other impactful organizations accountable for wrongdoing in U.S. courts.
